Walk to one of the front pews immediately following the invitation song

Prepare appropriate scriptures and thoughts focused on Jesus before Sunday
Send any scripture or slide text you wish to be displayed during your talk to MC@CASONLANECHURCH.ORG Saturday at a reasonable time (optional)
Before speaking, ask if anyone needs the communion emblems to raise their hand
Speak for 15 minutes or less (keep an eye on time)
Pray for Bread and allow appropriate time for all to partake
Pray for Cup and allow appropriate time for all to partake
Time feels longer to you than it does to the audience, be patient.
Mention the collection of the saints and the methods to contribute (plates & electronic)
Communion Service - Lord's Supper L1-L4 and R1-R4
L2,L3,L4,R2,R3,R4 are roles that simply involves passing trays. No public speaking.
L1 and R1 will lead a prayer. L1 will bless the bread and R1 will bless the Cup. L1 will also offer a prayer for the contribution.
As the song leader leaves the pulpit, servers will leave their seats and come up front and stand behind the small table in front of the pulpit.
If you are FACING the pulpit, it goes from Left to Right - L4, L3, L2, L1, R1, R2, R3, R4.
First, the communion.
L1 will lead a prayer, blessing the bread. Then they will pass the trays out to each server.
At the same time, the servers will "break" and go down each "isle" and pass the trays.
ie L4 and L3 will pass the trays for the left section of pews.
Once you are done with your section, meet in the back and the trays will be collected and stored in the closet near the main entrace.
Line up on each side and walk down the outsite isle at the same time.
Repeat the above process for the Cup.
Sit down up front for a song
Repeat the above for the collection.
WEDNESDAY

Sit towards the front at the beginning of service
Intro to start service first, then ask Church to stand for the reading
Be prepared to read from a Bible or phone if Powerpoint isn’t working
ESV will be used in the powerpoint
Wed pm Song Leader
Standard pattern of order (keep quick to save class time)
Scripture, Song #1, Invitation Talk, Invitation Song, Announcements, Closing Prayer, Closing Song.
Select songs and send them to MC@CASONLANECHURCH.ORG Tuesday or Wednesday at a reasonable time. Make sure you communicate with the media team.

Speak for 5 minutes or less and offer invitation
Wed pm Closing Prayer
Arrive to the building 5-10 minutes before service
Check in with John Jordan or John Sells
Prayer immediately follows Invitation song, so walk forward at the end of the song
